  10.           ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

  18.           diskette provided with registered versions to be free of
  19.           defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days
  20.           from the date of registration.  If Fast Accurate Computer 
  21.           Technologies, Inc. receives notification within the warranty
  22.           period of defects in materials or workmanship, and such
  23.           notification is determined by Fast Accurate Computer Technologies,
  24.           Inc. to be correct, Fast Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. will
  25.           replace the defective diskette.

  27.           The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  28.           Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  29.           diskette and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right
  30.           to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss
  31.           of profit, data, or use of the software, or special, incidental,
  32.           or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Fast
  33.           Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. has been specifically advised
  34.           of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will Fast Accurate
  35.           Computer Technologies, Inc. be liable for any damages to you or any
  36.           other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or
  37.           actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless
  38.           of any form of the claim.
